AncSonic × 1MORE | 1MORE HQ60 Flagship Over-Ear ANC Headphones Officially Launch
9
1MORE has officially launched its new flagship over-ear ANC headphones, the SonoFlow Max HQ60, co-developed and manufactured by AncSonic and 1MORE.

As the latest flagship model in the 1MORE SonoFlow lineup, the HQ60 delivers up to 50 dB of noise cancellation, designed to meet the demands of different listening and usage scenarios.
From an acoustic design perspective, the HQ60 features 40 mm coaxial dual drivers. For the acoustic chamber structure of over-ear headphones, AncSonic conducted multiple rounds of structural validation and acoustic optimization, adopting a dual rear-chamber configuration to improve acoustic consistency between the left and right channels and minimize the impact of structural variations on overall acoustic performance. The headphones also incorporate a pressure-relief tube structure, creating an air-pressure channel between the chamber and the outside environment to reduce internal pressure buildup, while helping maintain stable acoustic performance and enhance wearing comfort.
For audio performance and battery life, the HQ60 supports LDAC high-resolution audio, and has received Hi-Res Audio, Hi-Res Audio Wireless, and THX certifications. With up to 105 hours of battery life and fast charging support, the headphones are designed for a wide range of scenarios, including commuting, work, and travel.
Throughout the HQ60 development process, AncSonic worked closely on system performance and mass-production requirements, coordinating the tuning of the acoustic solution, hardware structure, and overall product performance. From acoustic simulation and prototype testing to system-level integration and tuning, the team continuously refined the design based on validation results while evaluating acoustic performance under different structural and assembly conditions. This helped ensure close alignment between acoustic performance, product structure, and assembly processes, supporting the transition from design validation to stable mass production.
The HQ60 is now officially available, with positive feedback from both channel partners and users following its initial shipments. The collaboration further demonstrates AncSonic's technical capabilities and product implementation expertise in edge AI acoustic technologies and product solutions.
