AncSonic has successfully completed its strategic round and Series C financing, accumulating over 100 million RMB. The Series C investors include Zhongguancun Science City, MY Tsinghua Mingyun, Qingyue Capital, and Zhongguancun Development Group, with CHAO Capital serving as the financial advisor. The funds raised will be utilized for technology research and development as well as market expansion.
Founded in 2016, AncSonic primarily provides clients with end-to-end embedded AI acoustic system solutions. Leveraging its proprietary AI sound holography technology, the company has made breakthroughs in three-dimensional sound field modeling, simulation, and control, achieving advancements in three-dimensional active noise cancellation.
To date, AncSonic has established partnerships with numerous leading earphone brands, as well as companies in the electrical appliance and automotive sectors, consistently achieving rapid growth in performance for several consecutive years. The company holds over a hundred core patents.
